I have tried different searches but have not found a recipe. Looking to brew an N.A beer for one of my brothers. Would be thinking using second runnings for flavor and boiling with hops but not fermenting? I haven't dove into the science of it, hoping someone has already done that. Input appreciated.
 
How would you remove the sweetness? Fermenting with yeast and then boiling off the alcohol wouldn't cut it, I don't think it would drop below 3 or 4%. Maybe if you distilled it?
I think you will be hard-pressed to get the beer flavor without the yeasts help. I will keep an eye on this thread though, it is an interesting idea.
 
That's interesting. I reckon that would work well with a good, dark mild ale such as Orfy's.
