So I have been brewing this Dale's Pale Ale clone for a couple of years with good success. Anywas - long story short
When I ordered my ingredients for the upcoming batch I ended up with "white Wheat malt" instead of Munich.
So should I just brew with it and see what come out or go by the LBSH and pick up the crystal 60?
Thoughts?
