So I have been brewing this Dale's Pale Ale clone for a couple of years with good success. Anywas - long story short

When I ordered my ingredients for the upcoming batch I ended up with "white Wheat malt" instead of Munich.

So should I just brew with it and see what come out or go by the LBSH and pick up the crystal 60?

Thoughts?

Could be the best accident ever, you just have to brew it and see.

This! There was a flavor in some of my favorite commercial beers that I couldn't identify and couldn't reproduce until I made a "mistake" that turned into a eureka!! moment and I discovered how to replicate that mystery flavor.

I say Go for it! You might discover something awesome.
