So I have seen some threads regarding the use of thermoelectric cooling mini coolers as glycol chillers (seems improbable), but what about one of these?

For $170, you get a 20qt capacity vessel that's capable of sub-freezing temps. Easy as dropping in glycol mixture and a submersible pump operated with a temp controller?
My suspicion is it would be capable of holding temps, but might need assistance with a frozen 2L bottle when trying to drop temps significantly. Even if that's the case, its a significant improvement over constant frozen bottle cycling given the price.
Thoughts?
