Does anyone out there have an extract recipe for potato beer?

Potato Beer?:drunk:

This would be a partial mash but I do not think you will find a potato extract:

Meister Potato Brau (for 5 gallons)

5 pounds 6-row domestic barley malt, crushed
2.5 pound grade A Idaho potatoes (washed and grated)
3 pounds M&F pale unhopped malt extract
1/3 oz Burton salts
1 tsp. Irish Moss
1.25 oz Hallertauer leaf hops
1 oz Cascade leaf hops
ale yeast

Id never heard of potato beer until i talked to my dad yesterday, he said he wanted me to make him some if i could. I saw a recipe for an all grain. Im not experienced with all grain. I might try that recipe u got there boldone and see how it turns out. Im still fairly new at brewing but im wanting to get a little more adventurous. Ill run it by my LHBS and see what he says. Thanx for the help guys.

Once you are done with this could someone work on a cotton candy IPA for me?

I dunno...I'd kind of fancy a baby back rib porter. :rockin:

I have read about potato beer before. It would be fun to try (after someone else brewed :D )
