I wanted some opinions on my asian tweak on a belgian ale
7 lbs Light Malt Extract
1 lb Dry Light Malt Extract
steep
1/2 lb Belgian Caramunich
1/4 lb Belgian Special B
got at asain mart
add lotus root starch 250 grams
400g lump sugar looks like belgian rock sugar
2 slabs of brown slab sugar from china
500gram of maltose
60 min boil 1.5 oz of fuggle hops
.5 oz at 2 min

belgian abbey ale yeast
