Enough hops for bittering for 20ibus. US05 yeast or something similar. Mash around 152. Very easy to drink. Lower the wheat/2-row if you want less alcohol but that will yield around 4.7% at 70% efficiency. You can add a brewers best flavoring or similar and make a nice fruity wheat.
