Trying to prep for my transfer to Secondary

I am looking to start transfering my brew into the secondary so i've prepped everything to be sanitized. I'm a little worried though - I made a 5 gallon solution of OneStep into my 5 gal bucket. I have used it once ,but I didn't rinse it since then so it looks like there was a little residual from the previous sanitizing action. I decided to go ahead and siphon the water from the bucket into the secondary to clean out the lines (first time i've used it). I'm drying the secondary now and i notice the residual has gotten to the sides of the carboy. It's not much, just a few specks here and there. Will this affect my brew?
