Ingredients (13 lb. grain bill)
9.00 lb. American - Pale 2-row - 69.2%
1.5 lb. German Rye - 11.5%
1.00 lb. American Crystal 120L - 7.7%
1.00 lb. German Vienna - 7.7%
0.5 lb. Belgian Carapils - 3.8%
Hops
0.5 oz. Columbus (60 min.)
0.5 oz. Columbus (10 min.)
0.5 oz. Columbus (5 min.)

Nottingham Ale Yeast
Mash Schedule
Mash at 154F for 90 minutes.
Batch sparge with 185F water (let sit for 15 minutes).

70% efficiency. Very easy-drinking, balanced red ale with slightly aggressive rye in the grain bill. Rye comes through nicely and the oak mellows this beer out and gives it some earthiness.
