I got a 15.5 gallon sanke keg for free, and am not sure what to do with it.
I was considering making a boil kettle but I already have a 6.5 gallon stainless kettle that works great and I'm not planning on making more than 5 gallons at a time any time soon. Should I ferment in it? Keg in it? Or ???

I currently keg in a half barrel keg, once you get the hang of removing the spear its not bad. I also only do 5 gallon batches.

stick it in the corner, in a few months you'll know what you want to use it for.

This. Exactly. You might not have a use for it now, but later when you start eyeing larger kettles (we ALL do it) you might wish you still had it for a keggle conversion.
