the kegging vs bottling debate runs on and for beer both sides have there pros and cons. but cider is another story.
kegging cider gives you the ability to control the level of sweetness without pasteurization or artifical sweetners.

ambient temp fermenting like in the old days is so nice. no ferm fridge / temp controller. no ice baths, no coils. so much easier . only now it makes good beer. lol
just kegged a munich helles after 5 days pressure fermenting in this keg. it worked perfectly.
my concern of kreusen cleaning was baseless as a 3 hour oxyclean soak cleaned this thing spotless.
i have seen a few websites i think williams for one, advertise this as a pressure fermenter...
kegged this today. this 100 PERCENT worked.
i fermented a lager between 68- 70 degrees. it reached 71.4 for a few hours at the peak of fermentation. it was kegged in 5 days!!!!
absolutely no off flavors whatsoever.
like zero. its a perfect clean lager in 5 days with just a swamp...
With dry yeast not so much. I have forgot to aerate or done a very poor job aerating and have never noticed a difference on final product. Obviously no starter needed with dry yeast but I even gave up rehydrating after not seeing a difference with direct pitch. Lastly I only add nutrients...
