Sugar Creek malts, Crazy Horse hops, and Seib's Hoosier honey.can you share some information on the ingredients (including the producers) , your expectations and then final results? I'd be interested in following this. I done brews with partial sourced stuff but never a 100% local. I guess yeast doesn't count although I supposed one could harvest yeast in the spirit of locally sourced.
