With due apology for the recent rash of rapid fire revisions, as often happens when I get an idea, and try to best offer it to my users, a light finally went off in my head which greatly simplified the task of targeting a desired 'Knockout pH' with a single acid or base addition (most likely acid) to be made within the Mash, as is the most familiar and common and comfortable place to make the pH adjustment. The choice to adjust the Mash pH lower so as to hit a targeted ideal 'Knockout pH' is optional, and left up to the user. The user can either target the Mash pH they have always preferred, and then (optionally) use the 'Kettle pH' sheet/tab whereby to hit a desired 'Knockout pH', or enter the suggested Mash pH derived from the 'Knockout pH' calculator into their Mash pH Target cell and make pH adjustment a one shot deal (as opposed to a two shot deal). The choice is yours. And with this said:
'Mash Made Easy' version 10.85 is now available for free download on my website in both USA and fully Metric versions.

1) Removed the now redundant 'Knockout pH' tab/sheet module.
2) Replaced it with a calculator on the main 'Mash pH' tab/sheet which computes the Mash pH target most likely to result in achieving ones targeted 'Knockout pH'.
The instructions for this optional method are as follows:
A) Enter your desired Knockout pH (pH post boil and cooling) into the yellow user input cell to the right of "Desired Target Knockout (Post Boil And Cooling) =" calculator.
b) Manually enter this calculators output as seen at the right of the "Mash pH Target To Set To Achieve The Knockout Target =" cell into the "Desired Target Mash pH @ 68 F." (or 20 C. for Metric) cell.
