Any particular style? What yeast?
If 3787, be sure to use a blowoff lol
No this yeast works at normal ale temps. So it says... I'll see... RDWHAHBSounds tasty. Do you heat your fermenter?
I'd like to do some Belgian beers this summer. I was reading 3724 Belgian Saison needs like 90F temps, and I want to repeat a Westy clone (3787) in the 80s, so waiting for it to warm up.
