Afternoon all,
I occasionally pick up a tea from the gas station- you know the kind, the big cans of Arizona. Yesterday I was thoroughly disappointed in the one I picked up and wondered if anyone here had ever tried to brew their own "southern tea" and can it using a homebrew can seamer. Just a curiousity on my part and wondering what would be needed as a preservative and what could be done with it to make a superior brew. The cans are easily portable and relatively rugged which is what made me wonder if it's an opportunity to homebrew something new?
