Hello from sunny Manchester UK! James here.
Been brewing for 4 years now with my better half...
Starred with kits...
Transitioned to the families 16yo miscellaneous red grape vine (folks greenhouse every late sept, since '20).
Then with the help of CJJ Berry and the likes moved into other fruit wines, mead etc.
We now have around 250 - 300 bottles of various wines and meads at various stages of process through to potable.
So far we have had really good luck and mostly success!
Always learning, always sterilising! Always happy!
