Fermentables
7 lbs Pilsner 2 row
8 oz 6-row pale
4 oz Carahell
1 lb Rice solids
Single infusion mash, 155f for 75 minutes
Hops
0.5 oz Hallertaur 55 minutes
0.25 oz Hallertaur 5 minutes
1/4 tsp Irish moss 15 min
This is unquestionably my most satisfying result so far in home brewing. There are no off flavors, the beer is slightly dry, crisp, soft bite, no sourness, it is just great. I can taste and enjoy all of the flavors of this delicate brew.
