I was given a ceramic German beer tower by two homebrew club members in July and recently (Christmas) started working on it.
This is an outdoor project to reduce the waiting lines inside the brewery during our official parties.
The tower will be mounted on a large stainless steel drum which holds two Cornies, CO2 tank and the cooling system.
The drum will have two wheels mounted and should look like a trash container.
I removed the Krombacher name with a small hand grinder on both sides, pain in the rear.
The voids I filled with clear acrylic and let cure for a week before I applied the new letters. The letters got a few clear gloss enamel paint coat to match the tower.
A few pics of the tower, bottom part later.
Cheers,
