BTW, check the label on your juice. If it contains sorbates or benzoates as preservatives, it will severely stunt any yeast you pitch...

Is it pasteurized, or contains some preservative, like ascorbic? If so, you probably don't need the Campden.

Only time i use camden is on fruit from the stores. You do not know what or where it can from and can have contaminants or wild yeast.
