I kind of realize that now :rolleyes: But with larger 22oz bottles it will take twice as long for them to fill which would justify having all 4 filling heads.
This was my original idea... until i realized that i could make my own "FOXX" bottle fillers for much cheaper than the $60-$80 dollars they want for them these days.
Then I multiplied it by 4 ;)
My point was that with needle valves, you can dial in the back pressure much more precisely than with a ball valve or a regulator valve.
You are correct, it does let some liquid through, but it's to the point that it's practically zero. The bottle will fill up quickly until the liquid hits...

What was the pressure in the keg and the temp at time of bottling? It sounds to me like you squirted a bunch of warm flat beer into the bottles with your beer gun :smack:
I feel rude for asking... but why you are trying to naturally carbonate in a keg when you also have a CO2 tank? 2 gallons...
