Great to be on this forum and I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I travel around the canals of the UK on my narrowboat and have access to an abundance of hedgerow goodies along the towpath which has got me thinking about brewing.
I love all things fermented and, in the limited space I have, I produce kefir, cheese, sauerkraut, kimchi and kombucha.
Hopefully I can learn from members on this forum how to successfully brew my own delicious wine and beer. Looking forward to giving it a go soon.
