I've been brewing under pressure almost exclusively for a couple of years now. The only one thing I was never completely happy about was that, sometimes no matter that the fermenter was under pressure, some krausen would verflow and get into the spunding valve. In addition, I'm using a Keglad Blotwie 2 that, imho, is a pita to disassemble without ruinning the mini pressure gauge.
So I came with a simple setup to catch the krausen before it gets into the valve, I'm using it right now with nice results.
Sharing in case anyone is having the same issue.
