This cider was started back in April. It spent 8 weeks over 2 set of apples and then over month with pectic enzyme in it.
I enjoyed the taste with what did not make it to the current fermenter.
As you can see in the images it has gone very clear from when I racked it between time on apples.
Current plan is for bottling and drinking in October as I still have a few from my last batch I am finishing
