Brew Bill
6.6 lbs Extra Light LME (Northern Brewer)
2.0 lbs Exra Light DME (Northern Brewer)
1.0 lbs 2-row (Steeping)
1.0 lbs Chrystal 120 (Steeping)
2.0 oz Citra (Full 60 min boil)
1.5 oz Centennial (10 minutes)
2.5 oz Centennial (Dry hop last 7 days Secondary fermenter)
Brewed this one back towards the end of 2013. Ideally came about at trying to make an IPA but she came out a lot darker than expected. Next time i'm going to lighten up on the Chrystal 120, though the flavor was awesome.
Tasting wise, it came out a bit stronger than expected and not enough hops. Definitely a recipe with potential, just one I need to refine and tweek a bit more.
