I just go and agitate them periodically. One day I'll get around to making stir plates.

Thats what i do as well. And i also have about 3 going at the same time because of work schedule and life i end up brewing a few batches back to back when i can.

I think im going to build what i would call a stir or shaker table.

I have a few ideas that i might work on when i get some free time.
