    This stuff never gets old. Always keep a brew on hand. Just brewed the 7th 5 gallon AG recipe since February this weekend and will be serving it up from Christmas through new years. Thanks for a great house beer recipe.

    1st AG - stuck fermentation and off taste

    So what is he left with, a bad tasting, sweet beer? Is it drinkable? Should he mix it with PBR :)? I have the exact same problem but now I understand how to keep it from happening again. Unfermentable sugars suck...... I pitched a second packet of yeast (Notty this time) still nothing...

    What do you guys want? This is a guy who just wants to de-mystify cooking.. If ALton can do it anyone can. At least he used a lid and an airlock. I figured he would just put a cheesecloth over the top. If I were you guys, I would probably be thanking him for spreading the word.
