Hey All!
Im fairly new to the field of Brewing but i wanted to share my Now House Amber Ale recipe and see if anyone likes it as much as i do.
The only thing i would change differently next go around is a dryhop with cascade just for a little more hop aroma.
Overall nice sweet, malty right off the nose of it,and light enough you can have a couple without being to heavy.
I did this batch for quick turnaround on my new keg setup and it was grain to glass in 2.5weeks.
Cheers!
Enjoy.
