Anyone ever made a Blueberry melomel? My plan is to.make a 1 gallon "test" batch by mixing about 3# of honey. And fill the rest with Blueberry juice to just over 1 gallon (account for loss due to trub, etc). Thinking of adding frozen & thawed blueberries in "secondary" for a couple weeks for flavor.

So I have plans to try fermenting some generic V8 Splash. I only have about 3 quarts, so I don't want to use a 5+ gallon fermenter. Can I just use a 1gal growler?

So my freezer (fermentation chamber) keeps getting turned on to cool down farther than I want. I *think* I have it fixed after printing off the manuals. HOWEVER, the options don't really match either the STC or STC-1000+ manuals. My display is only 2 digits + a decimal. My STC says Brews BY...
